Bank Transfer Payment

If you want to pay via bank transfer, click on the next button, fill in and submit the form. This payment option allows registration for one or many participants at once. After form submission, in one-two business days, you will receive an invoice with the details for payment. The registration fee is the one at the moment of submission. This type of payment is very convenient in Germany, European Union or other countries that use IBAN system.

* According to European Union regulations, VAT at the location of the event must be charged to all participants. The 19% German VAT is already included in the price. Participants with a valid EU VAT number can claim the VAT back in their country of origin, each local tax authority should provide an electronic portal for this operation. Non-European taxable persons can still reclaim the German VAT using the paper-based procedure.

No entry tickets are delivered prior the start of the event, conference badges will be provided on site. Each participant must come to the registration desk with a valid photo id.


Larger groups of participants from same company are also eligible for discounts, use the bank transfer payment form or send an email to contact us.

Note that the organizers reserve the right of refusing or ignore registrations that are not serious or contain invalid data. Registration, cancellation and participation to Kamailio World are subject to following terms and conditions.
